Control box instruction
Welcome to use our products! This product can control the start and stop of the rotating table of stepping motor with stepless speed regulation, and has several commonly used working modes. It is suitable for manual welding positioner, welding with manipulator, turning over, assembling, grinding, cutting, testing, indexing and punching.
Function introduction
1. PO-3 inching mode, keep turning when stepping on the pedal, release and stop.
2, PO-4 linkage mode, step on the pedal and turn all the time, then step on it to stop.
3. PO-5 angle control, which is to pedal forward and backward according to the set angle.
Handling instruction
1. The boot display value is the speed value of the controller. When running and rotating, turn the knob left and right to adjust the speed. P2 and P4 can change the default boot speed.
2. Parameter description P 0 operation mode selection, (PO-3,PO-4,PO-5). P1 forward rotation angle P2 forward rotation speed, P3 reverse rotation angle, P4 reverse rotation speed. P5 number of cycles, (the default is 1)P6 turns forward to the in-place delay, P7 turns backward to the in-place delay, and P8 default parameters need not be changed.
3. Press the setting key for mode selection to display P 0. Press the Enter key again (factory default PO-4 mode) and turn the knob left and right to change the mode (PO-3, 4, 5). Press Confirm to select, and then press Set to return.
4. Adjust the parameter settings of P1 and P3 forward and reverse angles, press the setting key to display PO, turn the knob to the right to display P1, and then press the Enter key. When 10.000 (10 degrees) is displayed, press the left shift key X- right shift key X+ to select the value to be changed and blink, and turn the knob left and right to change the value. Press the Enter key to save, and press the Set key to return. (Press the left shift of the hundred digits to display) Select the forward and reverse speeds of 5, P2 and P4, press the left shift key X- and the right shift key X+ to change the value, and turn the knob left and right to change the value. Press the Enter key to save, and press the Set key to return.
Restore the factory settings. Press and hold the left shift key X- and the right shift key X+ at the same time before turning on the machine, which can quickly restore the factory settings. Need to reset the working mode.
